This was an expensive bed. However, the parts did not have all of the necessary holes drilled in them and one screw was non-functional. I requested specific replacement parts immediately. The seller communicated with me and, because they did not have parts parts, sent me another bed. It ended up being a nice bed for my child.I appreciate the sellers help. Thanks.
